Samskrita Bharati (founded in 1981) is a volunteer movement for the preservation and propagation, Samskrit as a language of mass communication and enable all sections of society to learn Samskrit and get access to our literature, tradition and the knowledge systems embedded in it. Samskrit loving people, Samskrit Teachers, Students and patriotic citizens from all strata of society are our volunteersIn Tamilnadu, Samskrita Bharati has been very active for the last 25 years. People from urban and rural areas alike as well as women take active part in propagation of Samskritam.
